Singing  releases 'feel good' chemicals, which boost feelings of happiness and reduce the perception of pain.

Singing encourages us to breathe deeply which is one of the best ways to relax, reduce tension and relieve stress 

Research shows singing is a natural anti depressant. It can help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and improve our overall well being.
