Exciting day ahead for so many of us singing at London St Pancras 🎶
I’ll be splitting everyone into groups based on how you voted in our online poll which I have now removed. 
Unfortunately, as only a couple of people can travel on a later train (after 5pm), that option would mean the majority having to stay much longer and sing very late (after 7pm), which doesn’t feel fair. Because of this, the latest train we’ll be using from Nottingham will be around 2:05pm. I’m really sorry to those who could only do an evening train, I hope you understand and I wish we could accommodate you too.
There will be time for you all to take a couple of hours to look around London, but everyone will be assigned a specific train in and out. 
You’ll be travelling independently with your own travel warrant for the day. You’ll need to keep this with you, along with photo ID (passport or driving licence). In short, I’ll see you at St Pancras station - we won’t be meeting first in Nottingham.
GDPR note: Everyone travelling will have their full name shared with EMR to produce the travel warrant, so please make sure you give your name exactly as it appears on your ID.
If you didn’t add  your preference in the WhatsApp poll, please let me know and I’ll tell you what spaces are available.

The small fee helps us cover admin, logistics, insurance, and all the behind-the-scenes clipboard chaos
 
You must be a current active member of Fun Chorus to perform with us.
 
You must wear your official Fun Chorus T-shirt or hoodie. It helps event organisers, staff, and fellow members easily identify who's in the group. This is especially important for the busy venues or outdoor events for visibility and safety, plus it keeps us looking fabulous and official.
 
If your name's not down, you won't be allowed in. No sneaky walk-ins, sorry!
 
You'll get a receipt when you check out, hang on to it, just in case we need to cross-check.
 
Events will be removed from this page once final numbers are submitted to the venue (usually a week before). We often can't make last-minute changes, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
